The Monstera

Monstera is undemanding, but it grows best in bright, diffused light, moderate watering, and high humidity. Bright, diffused light near a window without direct midday sun is ideal, and it can also live in partial shade, but the leaves will become smaller. It likes high humidity, so wipe the leaves with a damp cloth and periodically spray them with warm, soft water.

Water it once or twice a week when the topsoil is 1-2 cm dry, and make sure the water drains into the tray. Avoid stagnant water.
