Order Terms
1. Placing an Order
An order is considered accepted once it has been placed through the website or confirmed by a Flower2go representative when placed through another communication channel, and payment has been successfully completed where advance payment is required.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for the fulfilment of the order.
2. Product Photos
Photos on the website represent the style and general appearance of the product.
As flowers are fresh, seasonal products, natural variations from the photographs may occur.
Additional information regarding the characteristics of a specific product is provided on its product page.
3. Flower Availability and Substitutions
The availability of specific varieties, shades, greenery, packaging and other elements depends on the season and current stock.
Where a substitution is necessary, Flower2go will act in accordance with its Flower Substitution Policy.
4. Volume and Appearance of Arrangements
Each bouquet and arrangement is handcrafted, and therefore no two arrangements can be guaranteed to be completely identical.
We make every effort to preserve the style, volume, quality, value and overall appearance of the selected product.
5. Recipient Information
The customer is responsible for providing the correct recipient name, telephone number, address and any other information required to complete the delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delay or make delivery impossible.
6. Delivery Date and Time
The order will be delivered on the selected date and within the agreed delivery time window.
The selected time window represents a delivery period and does not guarantee delivery at a specific time, unless a specific time has been separately agreed upon and confirmed by Flower2go.
7. Store Pickup
For store pickup orders, the customer has the opportunity to inspect the order, its appearance and condition at the time of collection.
Once the order has been handed over to the customer, responsibility for appropriate transportation, storage and care of the fresh flowers passes to the customer.
Flower2go is not responsible for deterioration in the condition of the flowers after handover where it results from improper transportation or storage, exposure to unsuitable temperatures or failure to follow care instructions.
This provision does not limit the customer’s rights in relation to a defect or material non-conformity that existed at the time the order was handed over.
8. Changes After an Order Is Placed
Changes to the composition of the order, greeting card text, recipient details, address, date or other order information must be coordinated with Flower2go.
The possibility of making changes depends on the stage of fulfilment. Once preparation has begun or the order has been handed to the courier, certain changes may no longer be possible or may require an additional charge.
9. Cancellations and Claims
The conditions governing order cancellations, refunds and the handling of claims are set out in the Cancellations, Refunds & Claims section.
10. Contacting the Customer
Flower2go may contact the customer to clarify information required to fulfil the order.
If the customer cannot be reached, Flower2go will act on the basis of the information available and in accordance with the terms published on the website, with the aim of fulfilling the order within the agreed timeframe whenever reasonably possible.
